Basic Contract Resolution for Mediators (4CME Ethics)

This course is a self-paced, interactive course and it is eligible for 4CME Ethics or 4CME General. Presenter discusses how mediators can use basic contract terms and theories during conferencing, without violating the disputing parties the right to self-determination, and mediator’s ethics rules (MEAC). Course is set with a short quiz at the end to qualify for the “interactive” format required for mediator’s re-certification credits.

Interactive courses can be reported for Florida mediators’ recertification as option number (2) on “Mediator’s Reporting Form” – (2) Listening to or viewing on audio / video presentation of an audio seminar with a group and participating in a discussion of the materials presented or interactive internet activity“. Mediators in Florida have to report at least 50% of the CME credits as live / interactive credits.

Our interactive courses are comprised of recorded presentations AND quizzes. A minimum of 60% grade is necessary to pass the quiz and the course and obtain interactive CME credits.
