EEO MEDIATION COURSE (2CEU)

Becoming a Qualified EEO Mediator: EEOC Requirements To become a qualified mediator for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) disputes, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sets specific requirements. These requirements are designed to ensure that mediators have the necessary knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding to effectively mediate EEO disputes, which often involve sensitive and complex issues.

Co-parenting; Clinical Implications and Skill Building(1CME, IPV) Lunch & Learn

This course will help clinicians to work with clients to help them better communicate with each other, learn how to put their children first, manage their stress, reduce conflict, develop effective de-escalation strategies and more. With approximately 50% of the population in the US experiencing divorce, many clinicians find that they do not have the skills or the training to help their clients with co-parenting issues. This course will provide practical knowledge and hands-on skills to support clients struggling with the co-parenting process.

LEAN SIX SIGMA

This online self-paced course delves into the transformative world of Lean Six Sigma, a synergy of methodologies that has redefined process improvement in business. As a comprehensive guide, it introduces the foundational principles of Lean Six Sigma, a methodology that blends the efficiency-focused Lean process with the data-driven precision of Six Sigma. The course is designed to unveil the strategies for optimizing business processes, minimizing waste, and surpassing customer expectations across various industries.

Co-parenting Counseling: Clinical Implications and Skill Building (4.5CME, IPV, DIV)

This course will help clinicians to work with clients to help them better communicate with each other, learn how to put their children first, manage their stress, reduce conflict, develop effective de-escalation strategies and more. Coaching & Mentoring

The Coaching And Mentoring focuses on how to better coach your employees to higher performance. Coaching is a process of relationship building and setting goals. How well you coach is related directly to how well you are able to foster a great working relationship with your employees through understanding them and strategic goal setting.

Organizational Executive Development

Organizational Executive Development (OED) intends to cultivate leadership and executive skills within its teams. This program is structured to serve a maximum of cohorts, consisting of a maximum of 20 participants. In addition to the structured cohorts, there is an option for as-needed coaching for up to 15 separate engagements.
