Short Course Description
This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training focuses on educating employees about the value of diversity, promoting equal opportunities, and addressing biases and discrimination in the workplace. It aims to create a culture that appreciates and respects individuals from various backgrounds, including race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and more.
The Conflict resolution training module helps employees develop skills to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive and respectful manner. It teaches techniques for effective communication, active listening, negotiation, and finding win-win solutions. By equipping employees with conflict resolution skills, organizations can minimize workplace disputes and foster a more collaborative and productive environment.
By combining these training components, employees can gain a holistic understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while also acquiring the necessary skills to navigate and resolve conflicts that may arise in a diverse workplace. Upon successfull completion of the all modules students earn a certificated of completion with contuing education credits from the International Accreditors for Contiuing Education and Training (IACET) as evidence of successfull completion.
