The Elder Mediation Certificate Courses is 16 hours live online course. The program is intended to develop mediators and non-mediators in elder care dispute resolution – mediation.
For the purposes of this training, elder mediation is defined as the mediation of matters involving one or more people with issues related to aging, illness, incapacity, or other vulnerabilities associated with persons 60 years of age or older.
Be on the forefront of mediating and helping elders and their families work together to make effective decisions as they progress through the difficult decisions that impact their quality of life, including driving privileges, staying in the home, financial and health concerns.
