Join Dr. Sara Hoefler as she talks about a topic all mediators must be aware of: elder abuse. This presentation will help mediators to identify the spectrum of signs and symptoms of elder abuse as well as learn about their professional reporting responsibility. Besides learning about elder abuse in both the home and institutional settings, participants will also be introduced to the ABA elder abuse screening guidelines for mediators.
