Addressing Customers of Different Cultures (.5 CME Div)

This course is eligible for .5CME. We will be defining culture and discuss culture in workplace. We will also be discussing what it means to provide courteous service and addressing customers from other cultures. You’ll learn from our provided solutions on how you can provide better service to customers of other cultures within your company.
