GUNO RITFELD, JD., LL.M.

Guno Ritfeld is the president and CEO of Resolute Mediation & Arbitration Inc. and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Academy (ADRA). His diverse and extensive experience empowers him to excel in various roles as the CEO, steering the company towards efficiency and excellence. He previously served as a Commissioned Officer in the Department of Defense and earned degrees in Psychology/Education, law (JD), and a Master of Laws (LL.M).

Under Guno’s leadership, Resolute Mediation & Arbitration has secured contracts with both State and Federal agencies. Together with his proficient team of arbitrators, mediators, investigators, instructors, and legal professionals, they manage these contracts daily.

Certified by the Florida Supreme Court, Guno is well-versed in mediating civil circuit, family, and county cases. He’s also an arbitrator recognized by both FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and the National Dispute Resolution Center, specializing in Lemon Law cases.

From 1989 to 2003, Guno worked as a private investigator in Florida, delving into white-collar crimes, insurance, and intellectual property cases.

Currently, Guno fulfills roles as a contract Human Rights Mediator for Charlottesville, Virginia, and as a Special Education mediator for the Virginia Department of Education.
