A mediation room—not another slide presentation
The case begins when a judge refers divorcing spouses and their lawyers to mediation over the marital home. The learner serves in the professional decision-making role, follows the stages of mediation, manages conflict, uses private sessions ethically, and works toward language the parties can understand and evaluate.

How the simulation works

- Complete the full experience. Finish every required module and meet the stated passing standard before course completion is recorded.

What are the completion requirements?
