Terms and Conditions for ADRA Online Courses

These Terms and Conditions govern enrollment in and use of online courses and simulations offered by ADR Academy (ADRA). By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment and account use
Enrollment is issued to one learner and is not transferable. Keep your login credentials confidential. Course materials and access may not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, or redistributed without ADRA’s written permission.
Educational purpose
Course content is provided for professional education and skills practice. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client, mediator-client, or other professional relationship. Learners remain responsible for applying the laws, rules, ethical requirements, and professional standards that govern their work.
Simulation content
Characters, voices, documents, events, and disputes in ADRA simulations are fictional and may be created or enhanced with artificial intelligence. Any resemblance to actual persons or matters is coincidental.
Completion and certificates
To complete a course, the learner must finish all required modules and activities and achieve the stated passing score, which is at least 80% unless the course page states a different requirement. Certificates document course completion only. They do not grant a license, credential, or continuing-education credit unless the course description expressly states that such credit is available and the learner satisfies the applicable requirements.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at checkout. Any applicable taxes or approved payment-plan terms will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by ADRA’s Refund and Returns Policy.
Technology and support
Learners are responsible for a supported web browser, reliable internet access, audio capability, and any other technology identified on the course page. For account, access, or technical support, contact ADRA using the contact information published on this website.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the course platform, simulations, videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, assessments, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ADRA and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Enrollment provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license for the enrolled learner’s personal educational use.
No guarantee of outcome
ADRA does not guarantee any particular professional, legal, financial, certification, employment, or business outcome from participation in a course.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to ADRA’s Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
ADRA may update these terms prospectively when its programs or legal obligations change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
