Elder Mediation Continuing Education Credits (16CLE, CME, 14CE)

This recorded Elder Mediation Certificate Course is designed for Continuing Education for mediators, lawyers, and mental health professionals licensed or certified in Florida. Some states may allow for reciprocity. It is a 16-hour live online course intended to develop skills in elder care dispute resolution, both for mediators and non-mediators.

The legal Complex: Who Gets the Embryo? (1 CME)

This course explores the complex legal and ethical issues surrounding the disposition of embryos in cases of assisted reproductive technology (ART) through the lens of mediation. Participants will examine the legal framework governing embryo disposition, ethical considerations regarding reproductive autonomy and the rights of potential future children, and the role of mediation in resolving disputes.
