A 24-hour federal workplace ADR and EEO program for managers, EEO and ADR professionals, HR and employee-relations staff. The program covers process routing, EEO concepts, ADR ethics, conflict diagnosis, mediation, interactive role practice, settlement documentation, prevention, and capstone quality.

Program Details
- Total program time: 24 hours
- Delivery: Interactive self-paced: 24 active online hours
- Instructor: ADR Academy / Guno O. Ritfeld and approved faculty, as assigned
- Passing standard: 80 percent plus all required work products
- Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified

- Mediation Process, Interest-Based Negotiation, and Impasse
- Interactive EEO Workplace Simulation
- Settlement Agreements, Documentation, and Implementation
- ADR/EEO Program Quality, Prevention, and Capstone
Delivery and Completion
- Complete all eight modules and eight required applied work products.
- Pass every module knowledge check and the final assessment with at least 80 percent.
- Satisfy the active online-learning time and submit the course evaluation.
