- Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified

- Diagnose interests, leverage, alternatives, constraints, and multi-party dynamics.
- Prepare an evidence-based negotiation strategy and disciplined concession plan.
- Create value while protecting legal, financial, ethical, and relationship interests.
- Manage impasse, difficult tactics, internal stakeholders, and implementation risk.
Completion Requirements
- Complete all interactive modules and simulations.
- Submit required preparation and debrief work products.
- Score at least 80 percent on the final assessment and submit the evaluation.
