Description
Lead the docket. Defend the record.
Practice prioritization, delegation, capacity recovery, quality control and appellate advocacy using a fictional NLRB case. Distinguish General Counsel prosecution, Board adjudication and federal review or enforcement.
Your pathway
- Four foundation lessons with knowledge checks.
- Eight responsive AI encounters, from docket triage to a panel taking the matter under advisement.
- Reflection and a private PDF performance report for discussion with an assigned human coach.
Approximately 135 minutes of self-paced simulator practice, plus four individual 60-minute coaching sessions. Coaching appointments are scheduled within the 180-day access period; no automatic renewal. One-time tuition: $1,495 USD; applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Audience: agency lawyers, legal-team supervisors and assigned professional cohorts. This is independent fictional professional development, not NLRB or court endorsement. No CE/CLE credit or guaranteed litigation outcome is offered.
Included delivery: Guno prerecorded avatar guidance, responsive AI text and voice practice, and live video characters for the supervising attorney, team attorney, appellate judge and opposing counsel. The microphone starts off; learners may type or choose to enable it. Use fictional training information only. AI feedback is provisional and human coach review is required.
Team Backlog Business Rules Memo
A 30-minute preparation lesson, included in the 135-minute pathway, teaches the team to diagnose bottlenecks, propose rules, facilitate decisions, announce changes, verify acknowledgment and review results. Worked examples cover handoffs, capacity shocks and revisions. Draft in your own words, then use the assigned private cohort forum to collaborate. The facilitator publishes the agreed memo with version history and review dates. Cohort discussion continues on the facilitator’s schedule. The self-paced planning estimate is 135 minutes; no CE/CLE credit is offered.
Open team views check for memo changes every 15 seconds. Facilitators can queue email notices and track missing acknowledgments. Scheduling and mail acceptance do not guarantee delivery; urgent changes require direct communication and verified receipt.
