Concept—Communicate, Listen, Empathize, Assess, and Resolve.
The session examines common causes of interpersonal conflict, including differences in communication styles, values, expectations, and emotional responses. Participants will learn how unaddressed conflict can escalate and negatively affect relationships, productivity, and morale, as well as how intentional communication strategies can lead to positive outcomes.
