Courses may be offered as live training on consecutive days (onsite or virtual), a scheduled cohort, or an instructor-guided self-paced cohort. Available choices depend on the selected schedule.

Live consecutive-day training requires at least 5 enrolled students. ADRA confirms the class and any onsite venue before training. Follow the exact dates shown for your selected cohort; some schedules use nonconsecutive days. Instructor-guided self-paced learners complete the course within the selected cohort period, with instructor support.

Description

Executive Coaching and Leadership Program

A three-month development program for senior leaders, executives, and Senior Executive Service (SES) professionals. Build practical capability in organizational performance, financial decision-making, technology, adaptability, emotional intelligence, resilience, and employee engagement.

Tuition: $3,000 total. Includes live instruction and executive coaching, assigned ImmersiForge™ simulation labs, program leadership assessments, and course materials. Course-resource access: 180 days from enrollment.

45 hours, including labs and assessments

  • 30 hours of live Zoom instruction and executive coaching: six 5-hour sessions, every two weeks.
  • 15 hours of assigned ImmersiForge™ labs, leadership assessments, reflection, and an applied executive development plan, completed between meetings.

Live sessions run 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Eastern, with a 30-minute break excluded. Complete the assigned independent work by the final meeting. Labs and assessments are included within the 45 hours.

Choose your cohort

  • Fall 2026: October 6, 20; November 3, 17; December 1, 15.
  • Spring 2027: February 2, 16; March 2, 16, 30; April 13.
  • Summer 2027: June 1, 15, 29; July 13, 27; August 10.

All scheduled meetings are Tuesdays. Three annual intakes: October, February, and June. ADRA approved faculty are assigned as needed.

Program focus

  • Month 1: Organizational performance, financial management, leadership readiness, and executive decision-making.
  • Month 2: Technology management, adaptability, communication, and applied leadership simulations.
  • Month 3: Emotional intelligence, resilience, employee engagement, and the executive development plan.

Included assessments: Program assessments of leadership readiness, communication, decision-making, and emotional intelligence, with a final executive development plan and instructor feedback.

Completion: Participate in the required sessions and coaching, complete the assigned labs and assessments, and submit the executive development plan. Select the available cohort and delivery format before checkout. Instructor-guided self-paced participants complete equivalent assigned activities within the selected cohort period.
