Courses may be offered as live training on consecutive days (onsite or virtual), a scheduled cohort, or an instructor-guided self-paced cohort. Available choices depend on the selected schedule.

Live consecutive-day training requires at least 5 enrolled students. ADRA confirms the class and any onsite venue before training. Follow the exact dates shown for your selected cohort; some schedules use nonconsecutive days. Instructor-guided self-paced learners complete the course within the selected cohort period, with instructor support.

Completion Requirements

  • Attend and participate in all 24 instructional hours.
  • Complete knowledge checks, skills exercises, and coached role-plays.
  • Meet the 80-percent course completion standard and submit the evaluation.
