Developing Managers Executive Coaching

The Developing Managers Executive Coaching Program is a transformative leadership development program designed for managers, supervisors, and organizational leaders to elevate their leadership capabilities. This comprehensive program combines a 5-day instructor-led workshop with a tailored executive coaching phase to ensure participants refine their skills and apply them in real-world scenarios. Participants will receive IACET-accredited credits upon successful completion, reflecting the program’s adherence to global training standards. The course also aligns with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and addresses key leadership competencies as outlined in the OPM Qualification Standards (Q-Levels).

New Supervisors Essentials Certificate Program

This course takes new supervisors on a transformative journey, equipping them with the essential skills and confidence to navigate the complexities of their roles. Through this guided experience, participants will build a comprehensive skillset to lead teams effectively, resolve conflicts with poise, understand and apply HR policies, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Emerging Leaders Journey Certificate Course

Equip GS-7 to GS-12 employees with leadership skills through DISC assessments and mentorship. Participants will develop a well-rounded skill set for supervisory roles and gain insights into their leadership style through DISC analysis.

A 3-day workshop for new managers emphasizing management functions and leadership competencies. This course focuses on developing management skills, investing in employees, and improving succession planning. 

Senior Managers’ Apex Journey

A 3-month intensive course for GS-14 to GS-15 and SES employees focusing on transformational leadership. This course includes leader coaching assessments, job-related application, and skills to stimulate organizational change.
