Developing Managers Executive Coaching
The Developing Managers Executive Coaching Program is a transformative leadership development program designed for managers, supervisors, and organizational leaders to elevate their leadership capabilities. This comprehensive program combines a 5-day instructor-led workshop with a tailored executive coaching phase to ensure participants refine their skills and apply them in real-world scenarios.
Participants will receive IACET-accredited credits upon successful completion, reflecting the program’s adherence to global training standards. The course also aligns with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and addresses key leadership competencies as outlined in the OPM Qualification Standards (Q-Levels).
New Supervisors Essentials Certificate Program
This course takes new supervisors on a transformative journey, equipping them with the essential skills and confidence to navigate the complexities of their roles. Through this guided experience, participants will build a comprehensive skillset to lead teams effectively, resolve conflicts with poise, understand and apply HR policies, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
