Workplace Diversity – Breaking Down the Barriers (1.5 CME or. 15 CEU)

The Workplace Diversity course is best for group sessions to address diversity barriers within the organization. During this training, we will help participants understand what diversity is all about, and how they can help create a more diverse environment. Participants will understand and recognize that:

• Workplace diversity means recognizing and respecting the value of human differences and creating an environment where all the abilities and experiences of our employees are used to their fullest.
• Diversity relates to gender, age, linguistic and cultural background, disability, religious belief and pregnancy, and family responsibilities. Diversity also refers to the many other ways we are different in other respects such as educational background, socio-economic background, personality profile, geographic location, marital status, etc.
