This presentation covers typical landlord-tenant disputes mediated at small claims courts (County Mediation), mediators’ conduct during mediation, general expectations of tenant and landlord under common law and modern law, the landlord requires to address The American Disability Act, and the Fair Housing Act; reviewing court's interpretation of the statutes when directing a resolution.
