Completion Requirements

- Module 5: Digital Research and Source Verification — database strategy, open-web research, AI-assisted research limits and source validation.
- Module 6: Objective Legal Analysis — rule synthesis, analogical reasoning, counteranalysis and predictive conclusions.
- Module 7: Professional Memoranda and Citation — legal memoranda, clarity, tone, citation, editing and quality control.
- Module 8: Applied Research-and-Writing Capstone — integration of planning, research, validation, analysis, writing and presentation.
