Completion Requirements
- Complete all eight modules and required learning activities.
- Pass all required knowledge checks and the final assessment with at least 80 percent.
- Submit the applied capstone or work product identified for the course.
- Complete the course evaluation and satisfy identity and participation requirements.

- Module 3: Quality Assurance Frameworks and Standards — quality standards, policy, supervision, internal review and external assessment.
- Module 4: People, Culture and Whistleblower Climate — psychological safety, non-retaliation, competence and performance accountability.
- Module 5: Metrics, Risk and Continuous Improvement — mission-aligned metrics, quality data, root-cause learning and governance.
- Module 6: Capstone Ethical Leadership Review — stakeholder pressure, ethical decisions, quality findings and improvement planning.
