Program Details

  • Total program time: 24 hours
  • Delivery: Instructor-guided cohort: 6 online + 18 live hours
  • Instructor: ADR Academy / Guno O. Ritfeld and approved faculty, as assigned
  • Passing standard: 80 percent plus all required work products
  • Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified

  • ADR Ethics, Neutrality, Voluntariness, and Confidentiality
  • Conflict Diagnosis, De-Escalation, and Difficult Conversations
  • Mediation Process, Interest-Based Negotiation, and Impasse
  • Interactive EEO Workplace Simulation
  • Settlement Agreements, Documentation, and Implementation
  • ADR/EEO Program Quality, Prevention, and Capstone

Delivery and Completion

  • Complete all eight modules and eight required applied work products.
  • Pass every module knowledge check and the final assessment with at least 80 percent.
  • Satisfy the active online-learning time and submit the course evaluation.
  • Complete 18 instructor-led hours, required participation, role play/capstone, feedback, and instructor evaluation.
