ADRA Academy ImmersiForge Federal IDR Arbitrator Proficiency Simulation Lab, version 2.1.
This 16-hour proficiency-based laboratory trains and tests arbitrators and case-management staff across the complete Federal No Surprises Act IDR lifecycle. Learners complete 15 sequential modules, realistic provider and payer submissions, screening and conflict exercises, QPA and coding analysis, final-offer determinations, written decisions, RMA quality review, payment follow-up, closure, remediation, a capstone, and a 30-question final examination.
Online passage requires at least 85%. Academy proficiency also requires at least 80% in each scored domain, every critical gate, and faculty approval of the capstone and oral defense. Course completion does not constitute CMS certification, Federal IDR entity certification, or government endorsement.
