A 40-hour applied federal leadership program for high-potential employees, aspiring leaders, team leads, and future supervisors. Learners build public-service judgment, self-awareness, communication, collaboration, accountability, conflict-management, decision, and capstone skills.

Program Details
- Total program time: 40 hours
- Delivery: Interactive self-paced: 40 active online hours
- Instructor: ADR Academy / Guno O. Ritfeld and approved faculty, as assigned
- Passing standard: 80 percent plus all required work products
- Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified

Delivery and Completion
- Complete all eight modules and eight required applied work products.
- Pass every module knowledge check and the final assessment with at least 80 percent.
- Satisfy the active online-learning time and submit the course evaluation.
