Course Overview
Level 1 introduces the purpose statute, time and amount principles, the Antideficiency Act, fiscal controls, and a disciplined approach to common appropriations-law questions.

Federal employees, managers, program and budget analysts, contracting and grants personnel, attorneys, certifying officials, and fund-control professionals.

- Score at least 80 percent on knowledge checks and the final assessment.
- Submit the required evaluation and any instructor-assigned work product.
