Short Course Description
The Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Program provides a structured participant-facing space for individuals enrolled in ADRA’s executive coaching, leadership coaching, or professional-development coaching programs. The program supports participant orientation, coach selection, assessment-supported development, coaching expectations, private cohort communication, leadership resources, action planning, capstone reflection, and closeout evaluation.
Participants may complete self-guided learning materials, cohort-based discussions, authorized assessments, coaching assignments, development reflections, and individual coaching sessions. Course content may be released weekly, by program phase, or as directed by the lead facilitator, assigned coach, or program administrator.
Assessment tools may include DISC, MBTI, 360-style feedback, CliftonStrengths, FIRO, TKI, WPI, emotional intelligence tools, or other approved instruments based on the cohort design and sponsoring organization’s direction. Assessment results are used for leadership development and may be discussed privately with the assigned or approved coach.
Some cohorts may include instructor-led training modules in addition to coaching. Other cohorts may be coaching-only. Private cohorts may be created for agencies, organizations, grade levels, leadership tracks, or special program groups. Cohort access is limited to approved participants, assigned coaches, facilitators, and authorized ADRA program personnel.
Coaching is participant-centered, confidential, and focused on practical development goals. Coaching is not supervision, legal advice, therapy, discipline, performance management, EEO processing, labor-relations representation, or a substitute for official organizational channels.
