- Delivery: Instructor-guided online / virtual cohort
- Instructor: ADR Academy / Guno O. Ritfeld and approved faculty, as assigned
- Assessment standard: 80%
- Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified

- Complete 75 active instructional and applied-learning hours.
- Participate in cohort sessions, coaching, assessments, and required discussions.
- Submit the capstone and meet the 80-percent completion standard.
