Practice the complete federal-sector EEO investigation workflow in a realistic, fictional case laboratory.
This advanced self-paced program provides 32 hours 20 minutes of active learning across 13 SCORM modules. Learners work through 78 simulation scenes, make 106 scored investigative decisions, and submit eleven professional work products for qualified human review and written feedback.
The curriculum addresses investigator authority and neutrality, accepted-claim analysis, proof models, investigation planning, evidence preservation and authentication, interviewing and credibility development, accommodation issues, comparator and motive evidence, retaliation and harassment evidence, ROI assembly, redaction, accessibility, quality assurance, and final closeout.
Training framework: Designed to support the initial 32-hour federal-sector EEO investigator training framework described in EEOC Management Directive 110. Agency requirements and successful completion standards remain controlling.
Privacy: All exercises use the fictional Ellis record. Learners must not upload information from an actual complaint or agency matter.
