New EEO Investigator Training — 32-Hour MD-110 Program
This instructor-guided program is designed around the new-investigator training subjects in EEOC Management Directive 110, Chapter 6, and the federal-sector complaint process in 29 C.F.R. Part 1614.
What the program includes
- 32 verified active training hours across eight modules;
- four full-length instructor recordings totaling approximately 23 hours and 26 minutes;
- interactive legal decisions, investigative planning, Appendix J practice, voiced interviews, affidavit drafting, evidence analysis, and ROI preparation;
- five-question knowledge checks in every module and a 20-question final assessment;
- an 80-percent passing requirement; and
- formatted PDF and Word learner manuals, workbook activities, a capstone case file, and a recorded-training discussion guide.
Completion standard
Learners must complete every required activity, document at least 90 percent verified viewing of each instructor recording, submit each required discussion response, pass all module checks, complete the applied work products, record 32 active hours, and score at least 80 percent on the final assessment.
