Short Course Description
Prepare to serve effectively in the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution process established under the No Surprises Act. This interactive 24-hour professional training program teaches IDR entity personnel and prospective decision-makers how to evaluate eligibility, manage conflicts, analyze QPA and supporting information, administer Federal IDR cases, make payment determinations, and prepare clear, defensible written decisions.
Learners work through realistic provider-versus-health-plan disputes, examine actual-style case documents, interact with simulated parties and IDR personnel, and make decisions inside an immersive “You Are the IDR Decision-Maker”environment.
