She is also a court-appointed mediator for the Coconino County Superior Court and a volunteer mediator with the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division. Her broader experience includes automobile warranty and lemon-law arbitration, federal and state civil litigation, guardianship proceedings, and paralegal education.

Dr. Kimberly Johnson, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management at Clayton State University with approximately 25 years of experience in higher education, including more than a decade in academic administration. Her teaching, training, and consulting interests include management, human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, employee engagement, and organizational culture, communication, conflict, and change. She has also conducted workshops on implicit bias and serves as a trainer for the Certified Management Program. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, organizational values, and work-life balance.
