She serves as an investigator and mediator with Resolute Mediation & Arbitration Inc., providing services to federal agencies, and as a FINRA public arbitrator handling securities-related disputes. She is also a court-appointed mediator for the Coconino County Superior Court and a volunteer mediator with the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division. Her broader experience includes automobile warranty and lemon-law arbitration, federal and state civil litigation, guardianship proceedings, and paralegal education.

Dr. Kimberly Johnson, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management at Clayton State University with approximately 25 years of experience in higher education, including more than a decade in academic administration. Her teaching, training, and consulting interests include management, human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, employee engagement, and organizational culture, communication, conflict, and change. A retired U.S. Department of Defense commissioned officer, Mr. Ritfeld supports public agencies, private organizations, professionals, and families through mediation, arbitration, investigations, compliance reviews, coaching, mentoring, training, and professional development. Natalie Smith (Certo) is a mediator, conflict-resolution instructor, and alternative dispute resolution professional with experience in family, county, workplace, and small-claims matters. She works with Resolute Mediation & Arbitration and ADR Academy as an instructor, mediator, and case manager. Her previous experience includes serving as a Regional Liaison with the American Arbitration Association and volunteering with the University of Central Florida’s Dispute Resolution Services office. Natalie has also taught mediation and conflict-resolution programs for more than a decade.
