This virtual, interactive mediation program is provided for designated VA VISN 6 EEO and Alternative Dispute Resolution personnel.
Schedule: Three-day training within the October 13–16, 2026 contract performance window. Participant session details will be supplied directly by the agency.
Delivery: Online, hosted for the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina.
The program addresses mediation fundamentals, joint discussion, difficult or emotional participants, communication barriers, caucus practice, impasse prevention, active listening, and settlement agreements.
Attendance is limited to authorized agency participants. Public registration, purchasing, and walk-in attendance are not available.
