Live consecutive-day training requires at least 5 enrolled students. ADRA confirms the class and any onsite venue before training. Follow the exact dates shown for your selected cohort; some schedules use nonconsecutive days. Instructor-guided self-paced learners complete the course within the selected cohort period, with instructor support.

Completion Requirements

  • Complete 30 active instructional and applied-learning hours.
  • Participate in cohort activities, coaching, scenarios, and assessments.
  • Submit the final action plan and meet the 80-percent completion standard.

Enrollment: Purchase enrolls one learner. Access, schedule, practicum, or cohort instructions are provided in the learner dashboard and by email as applicable.
