Description
Florida parental-supervision tort cases require careful separation of a parent’s own conduct from impermissible status-based liability. This interactive course applies Gissen, Snow, Perez, Ard, Joseph, Herzfeld, current Florida statutes, mediator standards, and professional-responsibility rules to intake, discovery, coverage, mediation, and settlement.
Four modules provide narrated instruction, practice scenarios, bookmarking and resume capability, downloadable manuals and reference materials, and official public court-video links. The course is designed for four hours of self-paced study. No assignments or graded assessment are required. Access is provided for 180 days.
Important: This is professional education, not legal advice. No Florida Bar CLE, Florida mediator CME, IACET, or other regulatory approval is claimed. Verify later authority and regulator eligibility before relying on the material or requesting credit.
