Course overview
A four-hour, beginner-level Federal Employee Relations demonstration course for GS-5/7/9 learners. The scenario-based experience develops defensible notice drafting, a meaningful employee reply opportunity, impartial decision-making, evidence evaluation, documentation, and procedural risk controls.
Complete the welcome, five learning modules, three applied role-play laboratories, capstone, downloadable resources, and final assessment. Progress, location, completion status, and score save automatically through SCORM 1.2.
Completion requirement: Complete every required activity and earn at least 80% on the final assessment within two attempts.
