Designed for federal employees, team leads, supervisors, and managers, with case work adapted to role and responsibility.
Planned learning approach
Three learning modules and an applied capstone combine federal-source reading, workplace scenarios, and instructor-reviewed assessments. Relevant case work draws on applicable Title 5 CFR provisions, OPM classification guidance and the Classifier’s Handbook, and the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions. Assigned passages and agency-specific applicability will be confirmed in the final syllabus.
