Course Description
This course provides Florida mediators with practical and ethical guidance for conducting insurance claims mediation. Emphasis is placed on the ethical responsibilities of mediators, including neutrality, informed consent, confidentiality, party self‑determination, and professional conduct in insurance‑related disputes. Participants will examine common ethical challenges specific to insurance claims mediation and learn best practices for maintaining compliance with Florida Supreme Court mediator standards while facilitating fair and effective resolution.
