Mediation Essentials to Workplace Dispute Resolution (2.5CME)

This presentation is eligible for 2.5 CME (Ethics, IPV). In this session presenter will discuss how the fundamentals of mediation can be applied to the conflicts that occur in most workplaces. Natalie reviews ideas, tools and techniques that when utilized, allow for successful conflict management. She also talks about how to address difficult people and varying cultural differences in the context of workplace disputes.
