It recommends a thematic and systematic approach to assisting pro-se family clients seeking assistance to resolve various family disputes, specifically Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce). It guides and recommends approaches that follow the legal and ethical standards (rules) set forth by the Florida Statutes and the Florida Supreme Court Rules for Court Certified and Appointed Mediators.
