How do the online courses work?

Online courses deliver educational content and resources through the internet, allowing learners to access course materials remotely at their own pace and convenience.

Depending on the program, students may complete readings, lessons, assessments, assignments, or other course activities through the ADRA learning platform.

How do I enroll and find my courses?

Begin by selecting the program or course you want from the tuition or course library page. After registration is reviewed, ADRA will confirm enrollment details and provide next steps.

Once enrolled, you can access available courses through your student account under My Courses.

How can I access my courses?

Log in to your ADRA student account and select My Courses from the website menu. Your active courses should appear there after enrollment has been processed.

If a course does not appear after registration, contact ADRA support for assistance.

Where can I find my certificate?

Certificates are typically available after required course activities are completed and any completion requirements are satisfied.

Check your student account, course completion area, or certificate section. If you cannot locate your certificate, contact ADRA support with your name, course title, and completion date.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Use the password reset option on the student login page. Enter the email address associated with your ADRA account and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.

Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email does not appear within a few minutes.

Is technical or student support available at ADR Academy?

Yes. ADRA provides student and technical support for enrollment questions, login issues, course access, and certificate assistance.

How do I register for a course listed on the tuition page?

Select the Register button next to your preferred course. You will be directed to the ADRA Course Registration Request form, where you can select your program, enter student details, choose a payment method, and submit the request to the registrar.

Does submitting a registration request guarantee enrollment?

No. Submitting a registration request begins the review process. Final enrollment, payment, and course access are confirmed by the ADRA Registrar.
