Short Course Description
This 120-minute self-paced course is designed for experienced mediators and attorneys handling interstate family-support matters.
The interactive SCORM 1.2 course includes 36 substantive slides, warm professional narration, six embedded module videos, Florida appellate authorities, applied exercises, practice checklists, completion tracking, and a ten-question final assessment requiring 80 percent.
The course clearly separates UIFSA child-support jurisdiction from UCCJEA custody jurisdiction and distinguishes authority to enforce from authority to modify.
Florida mediator CME: This course is eligible for up to 2.4 CME hours. Mediators are required to self-report those hours at the time of renewal.
No Florida Bar CLE credit is represented unless separately stated after accreditation.
