Completion Requirements
- Complete all eight modules and required learning activities.
- Pass all required knowledge checks and the final assessment with at least 80 percent.
- Submit the applied capstone or work product identified for the course.
- Complete the course evaluation and satisfy identity and participation requirements.

- Module 1: Intake, Jurisdiction and Allegation Framing — intake decisions, conflicts, jurisdiction and precise allegation framing.
- Module 2: Investigation Planning and Procedural Fairness — impartial investigation plans, notice, milestones and procedural controls.
- Module 3: Interview Strategy and Credibility Assessment — ethical interviewing, question sequencing, corroboration and credibility factors.
- Module 4: Documentary, Digital and Physical Evidence — collection, preservation, chain of custody and evidence matrices.
- Module 5: Findings and Investigative Report Writing — standards of proof, evidence weighing, findings and quality-assured reports.
- Module 6: Capstone Administrative Investigation — integration of intake, planning, evidence, credibility and reporting.
