Chelesea Lewellen is an executive and team coach who partners with senior leaders and leadership
teams to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership effectiveness and build high-performing
organizations. As a former faculty member and executive coach with the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management’s Federal Executive Institute, she has coached leaders across the federal government,
higher education and nonprofit sectors. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Professional Certified Coach, holds the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching, is
credentialed as a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
and is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching (AC). Her areas of specialization include executive
coaching, team coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, organizational change and
psychological safety. Grounded in curiosity, reflection and evidence-based practice, she helps leaders
cultivate clarity, resilience and authentic leadership in complex environments.
