A 53-hour certificate program that gives new supervisors a practical foundation in role transition, communication, delegation, performance, accountability, conflict, inclusion, and ethical decision-making.

Newly appointed supervisors, acting supervisors, team leads, and employees preparing for their first formal leadership role.
Program Details
- Instructional time: 53 hours
- Delivery: Instructor-guided online / virtual cohort
- Instructor: ADR Academy / Guno O. Ritfeld and approved faculty, as assigned
- Assessment standard: 80%
- Certificate: Issued after all completion requirements are verified
Learning Outcomes
- Transition from individual contributor to supervisor with clear priorities and boundaries.
- Set expectations, delegate, coach, document, and address performance concerns.
- Lead inclusive teams and respond constructively to conflict and change.
- Create a 90-day supervisory action plan grounded in organizational needs.
Completion Requirements
- Complete 53 active instructional and applied-learning hours.
- Participate in cohort activities, coaching, scenarios, and assessments.
- Submit the final action plan and meet the 80-percent completion standard.
