- Diagnose sources, intensity, and organizational impact of workplace conflict.
- Select among coaching, facilitated conversation, mediation, and formal processes.
- Use de-escalation, active listening, reframing, and interest-based problem solving.
- Create and follow through on a practical conflict-management plan.
Completion Requirements
- Complete the 8-hour workshop and required participation activities.
- Complete the scenario practice and action plan.
- Meet the 80-percent completion standard and submit the evaluation.
