COURSE OVERVIEW Practice mediation decisions in a fictional Florida divorce, trust and asset dispute, with ten decision points, narrated guidance and feedback on your interventions. LEARNING OUTCOMES 1. Frame a complex trust and asset dispute neutrally. 2. Explore interests and clarify information needs without deciding legal rights. 3. Manage confidentiality, informed consent and participation. 4. Evaluate settlement durability and reflect on decision feedback. LEARNING FORMAT Complete the ten-decision guided simulation. Optional live AI practice is a separate upgrade; it does not replace required course activities. AI, COHORT AND COACHING Use the learning package's practice and feedback to prepare a short reflection: what you decided, what evidence supported it, and what you would change. If enrolled in a scheduled cohort, open My Cohorts for the assigned group, dates and facilitator instructions. Bring your reflection to the assigned coaching or debrief session and record one improvement goal. Self-paced learners complete the reflection independently; live coaching follows the support arrangements stated in their enrollment. A cohort date or coaching appointment is not created by completing this course. AI-generated feedback must be checked against course references and current official sources. BEFORE YOU START 1. Confirm your profile name is correct for your certificate. Open the course with the account used for enrollment. 2. Read the overview, outcomes and any listed prerequisites. Use a current browser and a reliable internet connection; headphones are helpful for narrated or live activities. 3. Use only fictional scenario details. Do not enter real personnel records, identifying information or confidential case material into AI activities. 4. Select Start or Continue and work through the curriculum in order. Use the lesson's Next, Continue or decision controls to advance. Complete Course is the final course submission, not the next-module button. 5. Allow progress to save before leaving. Return with Continue Course; do not reset your course to move forward. 6. For cohort enrollments, check My Cohorts for your schedule and assigned coaching instructions. 7. If a lesson, recording or progress indicator fails, note the course and lesson title and contact course support before submitting completion. COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATE Complete the required curriculum and earn at least 80% in the course evaluation. Where instructor evaluation is configured, allow time for review. Complete all assessment attempts within the limits shown in the learning package. An ADRA certificate of completion becomes available after the required completion and evaluation are recorded. Optional practice purchases do not themselves complete the course. AFTER YOUR LEARNING ACTIVITIES 1. Finish every required lesson, simulation, assignment and assessment. Review feedback and save your reflection or action plan. 2. Meet the course assessment requirement and any required instructor review. Complete Course submits the whole course; it does not advance a lesson. 3. For an assigned cohort or coaching activity, complete the facilitator's required submissions and debrief. 4. Once completion and the passing requirement are recorded, find your certificate under Courses > Achievements > My Certificates. Check your name and course title before downloading. 5. If an assessment or instructor review is pending, the certificate may not yet appear. Contact course support with the course title; do not restart or reset completed work. 6. Apply your learning through one documented improvement goal. The certificate records ADRA course completion; it is not an OPM credential or a professional license.
