This Lunch and Learn is designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding on how restorative methods can lead to healing, accountability, and constructive community building. This class offers a dynamic and comprehensive overview of restorative justice's fundamental principles, victim-offender reconciliation processes, and practical restitution strategies. During this class, ADRA’s Program Manager, Katelin Morey, will host a discussion surrounding her graduate work in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies and the intersection of restorative justice and the law.

Lunch and Learn: Who Gets the Embryo? Ongoing Developments in Mediation and the Law

This course explores the complex legal and ethical issues surrounding the disposition of embryos in cases of assisted reproductive technology (ART) through the lens of mediation. Participants will examine the legal framework governing embryo disposition, ethical considerations regarding reproductive autonomy and the rights of potential future children, and the role of mediation in resolving disputes. Through case studies and discussions of recent developments in law and society, participants will gain insight into the evolving landscape of ART and the challenges and opportunities for resolving disputes in a fair and equitable manner.

This course will help clinicians to work with clients to help them better communicate with each other, learn how to put their children first, manage their stress, reduce conflict, develop effective de-escalation strategies and more. With approximately 50% of the population in the US experiencing divorce, many clinicians find that they do not have the skills or the training to help their clients with co-parenting issues. This course will provide practical knowledge and hands-on skills to support clients struggling with the co-parenting process.

The Coaching And Mentoring focuses on how to better coach your employees to higher performance. Coaching is a process of relationship building and setting goals. How well you coach is related directly to how well you are able to foster a great working relationship with your employees through understanding them and strategic goal setting.

Organizational Executive Development

Organizational Executive Development (OED) intends to cultivate leadership and executive skills within its teams. This program is structured to serve a maximum of cohorts, consisting of a maximum of 20 participants. In addition to the structured cohorts, there is an option for as-needed coaching for up to 15 separate engagements.
