Managing remote workers may be a new skill for you or you want to update your skills and see what others are doing. In either case, this interactive virtual workshop is for you.
We know that remote work is increasing. People want to work from home to reduce commute time and transportation costs as well as create a better life balance. Companies save money and can create more productive employees with remote workers. If you don’t know how to manage remote teams, your skills will be behind the curve. This workshop will help you develop skills that make you more effective and competitive in the marketplace.
In this session, you will learn the skills that can help you manage remote workers, drive successful performance and maintain supportive communication. You will learn areas that should be covered in a remote work policy and ideas on how to protect data and information.
At the end of the session you will receive a detailed handout which includes a safety checklist as well as a checklist for creating a remote work policy.
This workshop is interactive – you will be sharing ideas with others in breakout sessions and participating in large group discussions. Please have your audio and camera working when you join.
