This course presents a thematic approach to organizational development (OD) support.  It will help place the organizations Line Leaders and HR Managers as the OD Support Technician.  The OD Support Technician should effectively grasp and understand the “Who, What, When and Why” for those who require assistance with change.  Organizational Development recognizes and effectively applies the learning theories for developing skilled workers as Subject Matter Experts (SME).  The SME is retained by appreciating the need for workplace communication, the use and benefits of a grievance process, and utilizing available dispute resolution venues to achieve the organizational goals.
