Natalie Smith, MBA
Natalie works with Resolute Mediation & Arbitration and ADRA as an instructor, mediator and case manager. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family & County Mediator and completed Florida’s Arbitration Training.
Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Natalie has previously been a volunteer mediator for UCF’s Dispute Resolution Services office and worked for the American Arbitration Association as their Regional Liaison helping to facilitate mediation and arbitration panels.
